FAYSA is a community-based volunteer organization – we need you to make this program work! The many functions necessary to make this club run include: processing registrations, striping fields, manning the concession stand, managing equipment, managing the website, to name a few.
Each season a volunteer fee and service requirement is being asked of all club members. Below are some of the details:
Fees each season will include a volunteer fee per player. This fee is tied to a volunteer service requirement. After the volunteer service is completed, and with the submission of a completed volunteer rebate form, a rebate will be issued for the volunteer fee. Traveling players families are required to complete 4 hours over the Fall and Spring Season. U10 players families are required to complete 2 hours each season. If the volunteer requirement is not fulfilled the volunteer fee will be retained by FAYSA and used to fund necessary club expenses.
Larger rebates or fee waivers are issued for some functions, e.g., service on the board or as a director, commissioner, or head coach. For these functions rebates/waivers may be made up to the total registration fees (excluding uniform fees) for the season in which the service was performed.
