Fall 2011 Season Registration Information 


Forms are available below, distributed in the local schools and available at the
Fort Park & Recreation Dept., 30 N. Water Street W., Fort Atkinson WI  53538.



Jr. Soccer - Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd Grade Soccer
Games are played on Saturday afternoon.
Registrations are due by Tuesday, September 13th 2011

U10 - 3rd and 4th Grade Soccer
Games are played on Friday Evening
Registrations are due by June 4th, 2011

Traveling Soccer - 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th Grade Soccer
Games are played on Saturdays and some Sundays in Fort Atkinson and surrounding communities.

Girls registration is still open - Player positions are available on our U11/U12 and U13/U14 teams.

Sorry, but Boys registration is closed -  All boys teams are full and we do NOT have any openings.
